They are asking everyone to sign a petition for Congress to not increase the APO/FPO postal rates. Soldiers Angels sends thousands of comfort packages weekly.These two organizations which are heavily involved with the support and information of United States Armed Forces, are concerned that the increase in the APO/FPO postal rates will reduce the amount of packages and letter that will be sent.Soldiers Angels which is a 501 (3)c nonprofit volunteer-led organization that has over 20 teams that help make a tremendous difference in our service men and women as well as their families.
